Women@DEVA serves to foster greater inclusion through its programs, initiatives, and events:

Reverse Mentoring: Sometimes the biggest barrier to inclusion is lack of awareness. Women@DEVA tackles this challenge with Reverse Mentoring, a small-group program where junior staff “mentors” share their thoughts and personal inclusion challenges with senior staff “mentees”. Often eye-opening, mentors' stories help reinforce the importance of maintaining an inclusive and respectful culture, not only for women, but for all Oliver Wyman colleagues.

Sharing Stories: One of our challenges is ensuring that all of our staff has access to strong female leaders. Women@DEVA Sharing Stories initiative improves visibility of, and access to, our most senior female leaders via written profiles and local office events. These profiles provide insight into the motivations, choices, and tradeoffs leaders have to make to reach their version of success; and in doing so, they demonstrate the possibility of success for all DEVA colleagues.
